Timeline
1954
Textile journey started with a knitting factory manufacturing men’s undergarments in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, by Late Mr. Shri Krishna Saboo, father of our company head, Mr. Anil Saboo.
1964
Jaganath & Co. established for dealing in wholesale distribution of fabrics, by Late Mr. Shri Krishna Saboo.
1977
Our esteemed head, Mr. Anil Saboo, started his professional career by joining Grasim Industries Ltd. at Gwalior, MP, a Birla Group company.
1987
By the end of the year in 1987, Mr. Anil Saboo left his professional career as vice president of Modern Syntex (India) Ltd. in Alwar,Rajasthan, to start his own venture in marketing and sourcing of yarns and fabrics.
1991
Seeing a much bigger opportunity for this business, we shifted to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a very big textile hub famously known as the Manchester of India.
2008
With growing export business, we founded another company, Anil International, to separately deal in the export business of yarns and fabrics.
2017
Started our own home furnishing retail brand, Frøya, with a vision towards sustainability and eco friendly fabrics and materials.
Hi! We are Anil Saboo, Saorabh Saaboo and Samarth Saboo, a father and sons trio with a passion for textiles. Our business philosophy is “Value Business, Growth Guaranteed” and this has given us a distinct recognition in the industry. We truly believe in the power of trust and knowledge with our business partners and ensure complete transparency in all aspects of the business.
Owing to this belief and combined with our rich experience and deep understanding of the requirements of the industry, we have got the patronage of the leading textile houses in India and abroad. We’re excited to start a dialogue, learn about you, and start a long and fruitful partnership with you.
Based out of Ahmedabad, in the western state of Gujarat, India, we have a team of experts working together with us to handle all the areas of operations, right from purchase, sales, quality control, logistics to documentation.
