Cotton Blended Yarn
When it comes to Cotton Blended Yarns, the type of cotton chosen to blend with another fibre is also very important. Most of the Blended Yarn Manufacturers in India does the Blowroom Blending where the fibres are blended at the Blowroom stage itself, but there are a few who does Draw Frame Blended / Roving Blended Yarn. Blowroom Blended Yarns are more homogeneous as compared to Drawframe Blended Yarn, but when produced with good Quality control, it gives the similar results.
Cotton being one of the primary and most used natural fibre to produce fabric, you can have it as your preferred choice while blending with another fibre either synthetic or natural.
Since the most commonly blended fibre with cotton is Polyester, you should ask us for the GRS certified recycled polyester fibre to be used to help Sustainability. Specifically, if you are a global brand or you are supplying to any Global brand, you can promote the GRS certified Cotton Polyester blended Yarns.
Cotton Blended Yarns are mostly produced using the Ring Spinning system and the OpenEnd system, and lately the Airjet Spinning (popular known as Vortex Spinning ) is gaining a lot of popularity. You can ask any of the options as per your requirement.
For the 100% Natural Blended Yarn, you can also use another very popular blend which is Cotton with Hemp Fiber. The fabric with Cotton Hemp blended has antibacterial properties in itself and we encourage to use the hemp fibre produced out of hemp agriculture waste. You may also choose Cotton with Linen Fiber, the fabric looks fantastic with the rich feel of linen blended with cotton.
