Protective clothing industry is one of the fastest growing segments in the overall textile industry. As we are all realising the importance of the safety at work, the demand is increasing.

Most of the protective wears are produced using the fabrics, which have inherent properties using special yarns with high strength, high endurance, anti-static capabilities, water repellent capabilities, Fire Retardant capabilities, etc. Another process is of the coating and treating the regular fabrics to match the said requirements. Not all the coatings and treatments can match the capability of the inherent properties of the fabric.

While you are working in any environment which has possible hazards due to the exposure to hear, fire, chemical, abrasive material, etc. you need to have the complete clothing, which are specifically designed for that particular work environment to keep you safe.

You can ask for your required norms, specifications against which the garment, coveralls, jackets, gloves, etc can be produced. We are using all the international standard accessories which are certified for the specific purpose. Like the Flame-Retardant coveralls would be produced using the inherent flame retardant sewing threads of the top brands or your nominated brand. The FR coveralls could be either FR coated or with inherent FR properties using Nomex, Para Aramid, etc.

If you need more economical coveralls, it can be produced with Cotton and Poly cotton fabric and treated with the FR chemicals/coatings.

Some of the coveralls, jackets and trousers are produced with 100% cordura fabrics or just some part of the clothing using Cordura.

Gloves is yet another product which you can buy from us. These are more importantly and more commonly used product in the Protective wear industry. You can ask for gloves as per your requirement and specifications. There are various treatments which we can do on these including the ones which is Dipped and Coated.
